Paul formed the company twelve years ago and has provided the leadership to get the company to its current size and turnover. Paul is a time served bricklayer and uses his knowledge to ensure that the company's workforce achieves the high levels of workmanship required on site. Paul retains a hands on approach to all the company's projects and visits all sites several times a week where he will liase with Project Managers, Suppliers and all our operatives. Paul's presence on site and his construction knowledge ensure that any problems and details are resolved at ground level. Paul forms excellent working relationships with all our clients and contractors and his positive attitude has resulted in McCrory Brickwork receiving many repeat orders from our leading clients. Paul has formed a team around him that embraces his positive attitudes and can do approach to project delivery.
Andrew joined the company in 1998 as a quantity surveyor progressing to Commercial Director in 2003. Andrew has developed and implemented all the Company financial controls including estimating, contract implementation and monitoring, credit control, wages, accounting and banking systems. Andrew has a detailed knowledge of the brickwork market and has excellent relationships with our key suppliers ensuring that McCrory Brickwork can offer best value to it's clients. Andrew will be responsible for agreeing Contract terms and conditions and will retain an overview of the project as it progresses to final account stage. Andrew has an excellent grasp of detail and can offer solutions to many technical queries that arise on the project.
John joined McCrory brickwork in 2006 having previously worked for main contractors Bovis, Mace Limited and Laing O'Rourke. John first met McCrory brickwork on the Nr 1 Deansgate and Hacienda projects whilst with Mace Limited. John has a positive attitude to getting a project delivered and is involved in the project from initial enquiry stage through procurement to final account stage. John has been involved in our successful projects at Manchester Joint Hospitals, Kirkby Leisure Centre and Spinningfields.
Phil is a time served bricklayer with City & Guilds & Advanced Craft Qualifications in Brickwork. He started work with McCrory Brickwork as a bricklayer in 1997 and quickly showed his ability, initiative and ambition enabling him to progress quickly within the company to Site Supervisor level in 1999. He has since proved his position, repeatedly completing projects on programme and to budget, with an exemplary record on Health & Safety. He has more recently been promoted to Construction Director and has over the past 3-4 years successfully managed a large number of our major contracts.
Colin is a time served bricklayer with City & Guilds & Advanced Craft Qualifications in Brickwork. He started work with McCrory Brickwork as a bricklayer in 1995 and quickly showed his ability, initiative and ambition enabling him to progress quickly within the company to Site Supervisor level in 1998. He has since proved his position, repeatedly completing projects on programme and to budget, with an exemplary record on Health & Safety Colin has over the past 3-4 years managed a large number of our major contracts.
